Masculine & feminine behaviour
At first we dive into the generic differences between masculine and feminine behavior. We create awareness around this and get clarity on the effect of this behavior.
We will clear out limiting beliefs and learn new ways of making unseen behavior visible
Module 2
Power, negotiations and sponsorship
In this module we dive into the power differences and how to apply these succesfully. You will learn how to take the steps to negotiate for results and you will get the knowledge on how to apply sponsorship in a strategical way.
Module 3
Your personal style and how to promote yourself
In this last module you get to create your most successful personal style, which is authentic and powerful. You will get the tools and strategies to distiguish yourself from others and to position and promote yourself so you will be seen and valued.

I am a business owner over 18 years now, specialized in Leadership development and Personal coaching. I am a Master in NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
I have had the pleasure of working with almost 3000 people from international organizations within my leadership and personal coaching programs.
